Description of the treatment/massage

Cupping therapy is a traditional treatment method that uses special cups to create a vacuum on the skin. This technique helps improve blood circulation, relax tense muscles, and support the body’s natural tissue regeneration processes.

How the Treatment Works

During the therapy, two types of cupping techniques may be used depending on the needs of the client.

Static cupping
The cups are placed on specific areas of the body and remain there for several minutes. This method is often used to help relieve muscle tension and pain. Temporary marks may appear on the skin, which usually fade within a few days.

Dynamic cupping
In this technique, the cups are moved across the skin using massage oil. Dynamic cupping helps stimulate circulation, relax the tissues, and work with the fascia.

Treatment Options

Cupping can be performed either as part of a massage treatment or as a separate therapy.

Therapeutic massage with cupping
Cups are combined with manual massage techniques, which allows deeper work with the muscles and can help improve tissue function and relaxation.

Cupping therapy (30 minutes)
The session begins with preparation and warming up of the muscles. The cups are then placed on the body for approximately 20 minutes to stimulate circulation and support tissue regeneration.
